Rules need the ability to be updated without deleting every subsequent step: insert criteria, move/rearrange the order, etc. This can be accomplished by fixing the rule design or allowing import/export of the rules for editing.

Hello, Chuck. Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your insights on the need for more flexibility in updating rules without having to start over. While our platform currently allows for modifications to actions and conditions, we understand the importance of being able to rearrange or insert conditions more seamlessly. We're excited to let you know that enhancing the adaptability of categorization rules is already on our agenda.
