Transferring from Shopify to QB invoices: dispatch by date, and deliver by date.

We use QuickBooks to centralize orders from various channels. Our operations teams access the invoices to get a list of what to work on that day to ship. However, dispatch by dates vary according to each customer needs and location. We’d like to be able to see in the invoice of orders placed via Shopify not only the order date, but also the ship by date and deliver by dates to streamline operations and delivery route mapping every day. Hello, Adrian! Your suggestion regarding including both ship by dates and deliver by dates on invoices for orders placed via Shopify has been addressed. We discovered that the delivery date information is already captured in the Note field of Shopify orders. Our system parses this data and transfers it to the memo field in QuickBooks. To further push information into another field, we suggest using our categorization rules. These rules allow for the extraction of specific information from the memo field and placing it into a more relevant field within the transaction. In your situation, this would be the service date field. Please note that this process will transfer all information from the memo field to the designated field.
